Overview

Rizvi College of Engineering (RCOE) was established in 1998 and functions from the New Rizvi Educational Complex, off Carter Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s best-known western suburbs. The college works out of a multi-storey building within the Rizvi educational complex and is a Muslim religious-minority institution. Its location in Bandra puts it within the city’s western suburbs belt, and it has focused on undergraduate engineering education for more than twenty-five years.

RCOE is an affiliated college of the University of Mumbai, approved by AICTE and recognised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. B.E. branches include Computer Engineering, AI & Data Science, Electronics & Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering, supported by a Humanities & Science department for first-year teaching. The college concentrates on undergraduate engineering, and diploma holders can join through direct second-year entry.

First-year seats are allotted through MHT CET scores in the Maharashtra CAP rounds run by the State CET Cell, with a share reserved for Muslim minority candidates, while institute-level seats and any CAP vacancies are filled by the college.
