<p>Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) was established in 1987 at Kota as Rajasthan’s state open university, set up to extend higher education access across the state through distance and open learning.</p><p>VMOU is a State Open University recognized by the UGC’s Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB).
