Overview

G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering and Management (GHRCEM) was established in 2006 at Wagholi, on Pune’s north-eastern edge along the Pune–Ahmednagar road. The campus is on Domkhel Road, a short drive from the Kharadi IT district and Viman Nagar, in a fast-growing suburb that has become a popular residential area for students and young professionals working in eastern Pune.

GHRCEM is a private autonomous institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), holding autonomy under the UGC Act since 2016. It is accredited by NAAC with an ‘A+’ grade and five of its programmes carry NBA accreditation. It runs eleven undergraduate engineering programmes, including Computer, IT, E&TC, Mechanical and Civil Engineering, along with postgraduate engineering, MBA, MCA and Ph.D. programmes. Hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls.

Admission is through MHT CET or JEE Main via the State CET Cell’s CAP rounds. Class 12 (HSC) with Physics and Mathematics plus Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science or a technical vocational subject, meeting the Maharashtra CET Cell minimum aggregate, and a valid MHT CET (PCM) or JEE Main Paper 1 score.

B.Tech seats are allotted through the Maharashtra State CET Cell's centralised admission process (CAP) on MHT CET or JEE Main merit, including Hindi linguistic minority seats for Maharashtra-domiciled candidates; institute-level seats follow CET Cell rules.
