Overview

Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) was founded in 2000. The campus is on Hosur Road at Chandapura, opposite Heelalige Railway Station, on the south-eastern edge of Bangalore beyond Electronic City. The location is convenient for students from Electronic City, Bommasandra, Chandapura, Attibele and Anekal, and the railway station opposite the college gives an extra commuting option alongside buses on Hosur Road.

BCET is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, and approved by AICTE. It offers B.E. in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Electronics & Communication and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme is also offered on the same campus, giving it a compact, focused set of courses.
