An MBA or PGDM in Banking, Finance and Insurance is a two-year postgraduate management programme focused on banking operations, credit and risk management, financial markets, investment analysis, insurance and financial regulation, alongside core management subjects.

Graduates typically work in commercial and investment banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset management firms, fintech companies and regulatory bodies. Admission is usually through CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, SNAP or an institute-specific test, followed by group discussion and interview.
