Overview

The Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) is a two-year, AICTE-approved management program focused on building leadership and managerial skills for rural, agricultural, and development-sector organizations, covering areas such as rural marketing, microfinance, cooperative management, and livelihoods.

The program is offered by dedicated rural management institutes and combines classroom coursework with a compulsory village-immersion fieldwork segment, giving students direct exposure to grassroots rural economies before their final placement.
