Overview

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Delhi is a centre of the autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, tasked with building IT and electronics skills across the country through a structured, industry-aligned curriculum.

NIELIT’s flagship CCC, O Level, A Level, and B Level courses are recognized by MeitY as equivalent to certificate, diploma, and degree-level IT qualifications respectively, and are widely accepted for government job eligibility, in addition to specialized diploma and PG diploma programs in emerging technologies.

Admission is through NIELIT’s online registration and examination system, with eligibility varying by course level – O Level requires class 12 pass, while higher levels require O Level or an equivalent qualification. Sign up free to see fees by quota, closing ranks and placement data.
