Overview
Government Ayurved College, Nagpur is one of Maharashtra’s oldest state-run Ayurveda institutions, established to provide formal, government-supported education in Ayurvedic medicine to the Vidarbha region and beyond. It has built a long-standing reputation for its clinical training and attached hospital services.
The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and its BAMS programme is recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). It runs an attached Ayurveda teaching hospital offering panchakarma and general Ayurvedic treatment to the local population.
