Overview
Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU) was established by the Government of Haryana in 2016 as one of India’s earliest dedicated skill universities, with its main campus in Palwal near the Delhi-NCR industrial belt. It was created to address the shortage of industry-ready, skilled manpower for Haryana’s manufacturing and services sectors.
SVSU is a state university empowered under a Haryana State Act to award degrees, diplomas, and certificates, with a strong emphasis on apprenticeship-embedded and dual education models developed in partnership with German and other international vocational education systems.
