The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysore is a private, self-financing engineering college established in 1946, and is one of Karnataka’s oldest and most respected technical institutions outside Bangalore.
NIE offers AICTE-approved B.E. programmes in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Instrumentation Engineering, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). The college is NAAC accredited.
