Overview
The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow was established in 1946 and is the premier training institution for the Indian Army’s Corps of Signals, providing technical and tactical training in military communications, electronic warfare and information technology to officers and soldiers.
MCTE functions under the Ministry of Defence’s Indian Army training command, and select long-duration courses are affiliated to civilian technical universities for degree/diploma equivalence. The college conducts young officer courses, specialist technical courses and courses for foreign military personnel from friendly nations.
