Government Engineering College, Bikaner was established in 2007 as one of the Rajasthan state government’s engineering colleges set up to expand technical education access outside the Jaipur-Kota corridor. Located in Bikaner, the college serves students primarily from the western Rajasthan region.

The college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University and approved by AICTE, offering B.Tech programmes in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineering.
