Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM) was established in 2011 and is one of the Dayananda Sagar institutions in Bangalore. Its campus is at Udayapura on Kanakapura Road, opposite the Art of Living International Centre, on the southern edge of the city. The location keeps the campus away from central traffic while remaining reachable from Banashankari, JP Nagar and other parts of south Bangalore.

DSATM is an autonomous institute under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by AICTE, with a NAAC A+ grade and NBA accreditation for Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics & Communication and Mechanical Engineering. B.E. branches include Computer Science and its specialisations in AI, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security and IoT & Blockchain, plus Information Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. It also offers B.Arch, MBA and MCA, with separate hostels for boys and girls.

Admission to B.E. is through KCET and COMEDK UGET, plus management quota, while B.Arch follows the separate architecture admission process. Eligibility

Passed 2nd PUC / Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English plus Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Electronics, with at least 45% in the qualifying subjects (40% for eligible reserved categories), and a valid KCET or COMEDK UGET rank as applicable.

Admission process

B.E. government-quota seats are allotted through KCET counselling (KEA) and COMEDK-quota seats through COMEDK counselling; management-quota seats are handled by the college. B.Arch admission follows the separate architecture admission process.
