Overview
Basaveshwar Engineering College (BEC), Bagalkot, was established in 1962 by the Basaveshwar Vidya Vardhak Sangha and is one of the oldest private engineering colleges in North Karnataka. It is an autonomous institution affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
