Overview

Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT Manipal) is the founding constituent engineering institute of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), a deemed-to-be university. Established in 1957, MIT is located on MAHE’s landmark campus in Manipal, Karnataka, and is among India’s most recognised private engineering institutions.

MIT offers AICTE-approved B.Tech programmes across Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Aeronautical and several other specialised branches. MAHE is NAAC A++ accredited and UGC-recognised, and holds Institution of Eminence status.
